Anchored by a fan chosen setlist and New Year's Eve performance, the film weaves in and out of time over the last 10 years utilizing never before seen archive footage from their booze drenched early days to the successful touring/recording band they are now- and everything in between.
WILLIAM MILLER is a graduate of NYU where he received a BFA in Film Production. He edited the independent feature film HAPPY NEW YEAR - and most recently directed the feature documentary DON’T FOLLOW ME (I’m Lost) with musician Bobby Bare Jr.
In addition to directing STRAIGHT INTO A STORM, William is producing two other music docs - SOMETHING IN THE WATER about Long Island hardcore/punk rock & RECONSIDER ME about Warren Zevon - as well as directing another documentary that deals with morality and modern warfare.
