ABOUT THE FESTIVAL:
More than 70 authors will sign books, participate in seminars and talks, and generally revel in the written word at YALLFest 2017, the country's largest (and funnest) YA book fest. Keynote talks require tickets (yallfest.citypapertickets.com). All other events are free and open to the public. Signings will generally last an hour with some authors signing for up to 2 hours with crowds controlled by wristbands. If there is an author you must see, plan to get in line as it is first-come, first-served.

Blue Bicycle Books at 420 King Street serves as the hub of the festival. Stop here to pick up your pre-ordered books, grab a program, and purchase cool merchandise.

BOOK ORDERING & SIGNING:
• Books can be pre-ordered and picked up inside the bookstore before or during the festival. Preorder up to Thursday Nov. 9, 2017. Some signed books will be available post-festival. Visit the bookstore's website for pre-ordering information (www.bluebicyclebooks.com).
• Many books will already be flatsigned by authors — you may still have them personalized.
• No more than 3 books per author per trip through line.
• Books from all featured authors will be available at the YALLFest book marketplace inside the big tent next to Blue Bicycle Books.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please do not block the sidewalk and keep the right of way clear at all times. Line up single file against buildings.
• Pictures are permitted, but don't expect every author to grant your request.
• Festival staff may limit certain author signings with wristbands as needed to allow authors to keep their schedules.
