Jazz Artists of Charleston {JAC} is a South Carolina based 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization incorporated to cultivate an inspiring, professional and healthy environment for musicians and audience members throughout the Charleston area in an effort to promote, support and develop the vibrant and creative jazz culture by producing and promoting educational programs, concerts, presentations and special outreach events.

To promote, support, and preserve the musical culture and history of jazz in the City of Charleston;

To develop, initiate, and manage educational programs focused on jazz in the the City of Charleston; and

To explore the realms of jazz expression, imagination, and creation, and to impart this information to the public in an effort to create a positive environment for the appreciation of jazz.
