ABOUT

About Charleston Music Hall

Address: 37 John St. Charleston, SC 29403

Housed in an old train station from 1850, The Hall was created in 1993 and exists to create extraordinary experiences and promote the finest local, regional, and national music and entertainment acts. Over the past few years, the Hall has been working hard to promote more comedy in Charleston with over 100 nationally touring comedic acts brought to The Hall over the past two years.

The Hall seeks to set a national standard for diverse programming, engagement with our audiences, and leadership within the community in which we reside. Our venue is a safe space where all are welcome and we hope to provide a vital artistic resource for the people of Charleston and the region. We strive to build a better conversation and relationship between the artist and the audience and aspire to the highest levels of artistic achievement while also exploring new and exciting territories in creative vision.

About Nameless Numberhead

NAMELESS NUMBERHEAD is a comedy duo based in Charleston, SC. Since 2014, they have been producing, performing, and teaching comedy all over Charleston. Their original sketch comedy show toured for a number of years to festivals and colleges all over the US and was a mainstay locally at the Charleston Comedy Festival and Piccolo Fringe Fest. Over the years they have expanded into producing local staples of the alt-comedy scene in Charleston like: Rip City CHS (monthly variety show), eXcess boXes (all female sketch comedy show), Chucktown Comedy Supreme, Vince Fabra’s Neighborhood (live streamed talk show), Henry Riggs & Friends (improv comedy), Comedy! Live!, Comedy Wars (improv game show), and many more.

About Wit’s End

Address: 3320 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

Exciting news! Wit’s End Comedy Lounge, the new premiere destination for all things comedy in South Carolina, is thrilled to announce its participation in Charleston Comedy Week 2025! This week-long celebration will feature Charleston’s finest comedians, both past and present, along with a few big surprises that are sure to delight comedy fans. Join us for an unforgettable week of laughter, delicious food, and fantastic cocktails at Wit’s End Comedy Lounge, where the best in comedy comes to life!

About Theatre 99

Address: 280 Meeting St B, Charleston, SC 29401

We create original, never-gonna-see-it-again hilarity every wee.  As “Charleston’s Home For Improv Comedy,” improv is our thang.  We perform improvised plays based entirely on audience suggestions. It makes for the funniest theatre experience around.

Shows are typically PG-13, but since they are based on audience suggestion, you never know what will happen. There is adult language and innuendo in the shows. They are not in the “family friendly” category. We think shows are appropriate for 15 years and older.

The Riviera

Address: 227 King St. Charleston, SC 29401

Enter The Riviera and experience a revitalized Art Deco theater reminiscent of the 1930s, where everything from small gatherings to large-scale events boasted luxury and extravagance. While we toned down the formality, we maintained the one-of-a-kind architecture and the feeling of being transported back in time in an opulent building with a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. The iconic venue sits in the heart of Charleston on the corner of King Street and Market Street, close to some of Charleston’s best shops, restaurants, and bars.

About Silver Hill Studio

Address: 4268 Spruill Ave. North Charleston, SC 29405

Silver Hill Studio is Charleston, South Carolina’s premier photo and video production studio for rent.
